There are quizes almost every class.. His lectures are BRUTAL. Recommend bringing a computer, he doesn't question what you're doing at all. Study the case studies for the test. You can pick one of 2 he chooses. This is where easy points are on the tests. Projects are hard and long, but doable. He grades easily on these.

Every class starts with a quiz. He tells you what page in the book the quiz will be on. Just draw the diagram and youll get an A. The exams are very difficult. Usual class average is around a 72 on these. He knows they are hard so he hands out extra credit like candy and gives 100s on all assignments. Classes are pointless slide shows he describes.

It honestly doesn't seem like he wants us to succeed. He actually laughs when we don't understand something. He looks down at everyone who isn't super computer-knowledgeable. Also, the case projects are a pain. I had to go to a tutor every time.

It seems that Bill doesn't take a strong interest in seeing his students succeed. As stated in other comments, the tests are basically memorization of the textbook and class consists of reading from a PowerPoint. Honestly, the projects are how I learned the material but unfortunately that doesn't transfer to his tests. He does offer extra credit.

The comments here are still valid. This professor gives an enormous amount of work for the projects, much of which is busy-work. Early on he states that he wants students to understand and interpret the concepts, but if you don't spit out exactly what the book says, you're wrong, so memorize the book. The test questions and his demads are vague

Worst professor at YCP. Lectures are him pretending to not read book. Tests are ridiculously hard. They cover 8-9 chapters and most of the multiple choice and true false questions are things he didn't cover or even mention in class. Gives ideas as to what the essays might be, but by then you want to leave the room. Awful prof - Don't take him.

Extremly hard class. Tests are off the wall and nothing that you talk about in class. M/C & T/F plan to get almost all wrong, essays is where you will earn you points. Do the projects and make sure you participate in class. He has a real attitude and flips his hair all the time, drove me crazy. I worked really hard at got an A by skin of teeth

This professor has a big problem with making requirments clear. Not once did anyone understand what he wanted. When asked for help, went off on tangents without explaining the requirement. Tests reflect NOTHING touched on in class, minus the essays. Also has a holier-than-thou attitude. Very disrespectful at times as well.

Dr. Eddins is a wonderful professor. This was my second time taking him at YCP. The material was hard but he took the time to help me understand it. Also, I noticed he treated students as adults and not children, unlike other professors. I'd take him again, hopefully in a MBA class.

I learned nothing in this class. Subject matter had potential, but Eddins blew it. There was no method to the class. Tests picked up on minute details from reading assignments. Projects were total BS. No value in this class.
