He was not available to offer extra help. Instead, he was very patronizing. After I graduated, I requested a letter of recommendation from him in order to apply to Graduate School. He declined, stating he didn't think it was wise for me to continue with my studies. I have been a successful Spanish Teacher for the past 13 years - without his help.
