He was tough but his subject is a big one and they don't give enough hours to cover it in class.Passing meant you actually learned the subject for real. A novel concept. It comes in handy later on when you're trying to get your SWPPP approved so you can build your project. Or plucking Mannings numbers out of the air for channels filled with junk.
