Great guy who knows his stuff. Class has 2 tests, final, and one paper. Study guides are given for every exam. Lectures are often long and boring, but notes are always posted online. Easy class if you put in a little effort.

Comment:

Don't waste money on a book. All slides are online and test questions are directly from the slides. Just 3 tests and 1 paper. Study guides for every test with all the exact questions on them so there isn't much need to pay attention in class at all but he takes attendance and is strict on it. Strict on phone use too. Nice guy. Boring, but easy A.

He's a great teacher, much better than Brad wray he sucks. This teacher actually gives you information and tells you what's on the tests. It's an easy class if you study. I obviously didn't study as much as I should

Professor Mott is a great guy. His lectures were interesting if you pay attention and take notes, and he gives a study guide with everything that will be on the test so it's easy to pass. 3 tests and 1 paper, and that's it. No homework, reading is optional, all powerpoints are posted online, such a good class. Highly recommend.

Prof Mott's class is very easy. But most of the time it is very hard to stay awake. I'd look over on the other side of the room and everyone would have their head down on the table! But there are only 2 tests and a final (with studyguides) and one paper.

Makes the class as easy as possible; two exams, with word for word study guides. Just pay attention in class and show up, use the study guides and you'll do fine. does a good job of presenting both sides of the argument. As long as you're interested, the class will be a cake walk.

Im a senior at another school and neeed this class to grauduate so I took his class online because it was offered and I live in NY. Well I handed in my assignments a few days late and he didnt acept them! He grades out of 110 and its completey impossible to get 110. Hes a nice guy but does not have any compassion on his students. if you go over the outline before test and prepare for essays you should do well. no hw. go to class its 10 percent of your grade. some stuff is boring but if you listen you will do well. some stuff is really interesting. the class is as enjoyable as you make it. look over his powerpoints

Really nice person, knows his material, excellent teacher, and very accommodating/fair. You get the test ?s before the tests & there is only 1 paper. To stay awake in class you have to try to participate, but if you did the reading then his lectures aren't boring. Easy A if you do the reading and fill out the study sheets before the tests!

Obviously very passionate about the subject and always very helpful if you take the time to ask. However, the class is very boring and the tests are somewhat difficult since they are all essays and short answer, but everything is on the study guide which makes things a lil easier.

A wonderful man! So easy to talk to and is strong and passionate about teaching. Gives clear directions, and can sometimes even make the class fun. Even though I got a C in this class I completely recommend him to everyone! All around great guy.
