Very knowledgeable professor and a credit to his field. If he's not in class, he's in his office and those are his office hours. He's ALWAYS available to help, or just tell some stories. The stories are what got him a 4 in clarity, as he does tend to get off track if unchecked :) Labs are interesting and always on point with that weeks lectures.

Dr. Stapleton is a very nich and helpful man. The thing is Assembly is so hard. Go to extra credit events. Learn how to trace from day one. Tests are open note. Assembly is just so hard. I got a B because he kind of gave up on the class when he did not make tenure. So I guess I lucked out. Just do all your labs. They are hard and pray and study.

He's like a big friendly teddy bear for sure. Very knowledgable. He is THE digital logic guru at UA. Bottom line - if you study, his class isn't that hard, and he's always avaialable to help.
