Stoker is a nice old guy, but BORING. He knows a lot, but for him, that is what the subject is: fact after boring fact. No substance, no drive, no overall critique of the scholarship. Could have simply read the textbook.

Prof Stroker is one of the nicest men you will meet at Drew. He is truly a brilliant Professor. You have to take good notes and read most of the material to do well, but he recognizes effort and factors that into your grade as well. TAKE HEBREW BIBLE!
