He's an absolute genius in Music Theory. His brain will always work faster than yours and there were times where you could tell he wanted us to keep up instead of him slowing down. Easily my favorite Music Faculty. Great guy!

A brilliant professor who truly cares about his students. He is extraordinarily talented and smart but not at all boastful. He is always willing to help you understand things you're having trouble with. He has a theory website that is so well organized and very helpful. Northern is lucky to have him.
