Horrible Guy. Homework not graded, only grades are 2 total quizzes, midterm and final. Will stand there and bore you with problems all class. Will keep repeating, "Am I right", to the class, no outside life or office hours for help. Dont take this guy for any math class at WPU. Doesn't help or teach you at all.

Great professor, make sure you copy everything on the board, it definitely is practice for his tests. Make sure you do the homework and ask questions if you have them, it will help you out.

Had him for Stats1, goes through problem extremely fast and sometimes can be a little belittling. Also hard to understand so pay extreme attention. Doesn't check HW, lets u use formula sheets and you dont even need the book. Just go to tutoring, and teach yourselves the problem he goes over and you'll be good for the tests/quizzes. Failed his class

Talks to the board, wants you to use a computer program for everything and barely understands how to use it himself. Goes through "practice" problems extremely fast and doesn't tell you what he is doing. Only good thing is he doesn't collect homework and lets you use a formula sheet on the test/quizzes. Syllabus sucks- there aren't any dates on it.

if you are deciding between this professor and another, he is straightfoward and very clear when he teaches. Barely need the textbook unless you want to do extra problems. Spends a whole class period before each test to review .He also allows u to have formula sheet for all quizzes and tests! Come to class & write down everything on the board!

Good professor! You HAVE to go to his class because he gives you lots of example problems that are similar to his quizzes, exams (2), and final. He allows a formula sheet for them. You do NOT need the textbook, all the test stats (charts) are online that you can print. HW is for ur own practice, never checks them. Again, do NOT need the book

Lim is awesome. Had him for probs and stats and makes something that could be difficult to understand much easier. Weekly hw, always collects, and goes over answers for both Hw and tests. If you have questions, he always answers. 3 exams including final. Formula sheet allowed. Pretty random but funny guy. Take him if you can!!

Don't bother wasting your money buying a textbook. He gives you hw and he doesn't even collect it so don't even bother. He spends the entire class just writing examples on the board.. my suggestion is write them all down because they will be on quizzes and tests just different #s. You basically teach yourself. He's not helpful at all!

Don't bother buying the textbook, it's a waste of money, you will only use one chart out of the textbook and you can find it on google. Very difficult to understand him and he doesn't take time to explain the problems or concepts. Your notes are examples, you're better off teaching yourself...

This professor is very hard to comprehend... Statistic class is already a hard class specially if you hate math and having him as a professor made it WORST for me. The only good thing about him was he gives great notes so always copy what's on the board. Be prepare to self study if you take him because he goes too fast with the lecture... Good luck

He is ans excellent professor. He doesn't use text book so don't even bother to buy it. There are 2 in class exams and the final exam. Do the homework assignment because homework is 20% of your grade. He goes over the homework assignment and he does a review before each exams including the final exam. He is the best and I recommend him.

easy class, 3tests and 3quizzes, don't do hw if u don't want, he doesn't check, do attend every class, it's interesting b/c u'll be learning, he does a lot of practice questions repeatedly, so just review a little before quizzes and tests, less time-consuming class than all others!!

Don't ever miss a lecture, because you will be lost come next class. He isn't exactly clear all the time but I didn't find his class hard at all. He lets you have a formula sheet for exams and quizzes. He gives you review sheets. Practice the review sheets as much as possible and you will do fine.

Math 130 is HORRIBLE!!!Prof. Lim is not friendly and doesnt seem to helpful. He will let you know that hes in the library (for extra help) but when you ask him a question he gets a bit impatient. He expects you to get it sinces hes a Mathematician. If you ask him if he curves, he will tell you hes not a baseball player..lol. So be ready..

he is really hard to understand (accent and speaks softly) but he knows his stuff. he gives plently of practice problems to make sure the students understand. some pop quizzes and he tells you when the tests are. hard to understand, but a nice guy. not the worst.

He grades based on whether he likes you or not. 2students may have the same question wrong but have two different grades. he is totally unfair and does not care about student success.....SIT IN FRONT OF THE CLASS SO U CAN HEAR HIM.
