Chen really isnt that hard to understand. However, his grading is. He will take off 5 points at a time for messing up a few small things but otherwise getting the problem right. The class really isnt that hard though, but he makes it hard because of the way he grades

He is EXTREMELY hard to understand. You have to really focus in class and do a lot of additional work outside of class to kind of teach yourself because you will for the most part not be able to understand him. He is a very nice guy, and knows what he is doing, just his accent ruins everything. I did not use the Text Book AT ALL. Never opened it

Good professor once you get past the accent. He explains the material very well. Also, he gives take home quizzes and the tests come directly from the quizzes and he allows you to have formula sheets on the tests and the final. Very easy class.
