I passed with a C but did not learn a thing. Really not sure how I passed. I struggled through out this course. He gets confused then ask the class if we know what he did wrong. He is super nice but just not good instructor.

he tries his best, but it's difficult to adjust to his teaching style. Basically have fun teaching yourself. Goes over powerpoint slides in class, writes on the board, and gets confused, then you get confused...blah blah. He is eye candy, but clearly is not that great at explaining things. Good luck! i had to drop the class, failed the 1st exam

The name should tell you everything. This guy is a jerk, he has a huge accent and gets confused all the time. You have to go to class because he takes attandance. If you want to fall asleep take him. Very unorgonized, people like that should not be aloud to teach.

In regards to his accent, after the first class you can understand him. The accent is almost French like. He always asks if everyone understands the concepts and helps you if you have questions. It's hard for me to concentrate on the subject matter because this teacher is soooo gorgeous!!!

This guy is an idiot. I took invest. & corp. before this class and made A's with really hard teachers and got a C in this guy's class; if you just want to pass take him it's impossible to fail-do the projects; however if you want to learn, run, he confuses himself & the class and he teaches things that conflict with what you'll learn it later.

VERY IMPOSSIBLE TO UNDERSTAND, LITERALLY. Very bad English. Gets confused in class while teaching. Students had to help him most of the time. Cannot communicate ideas, DO NOT TAKE HIM IF POSSIBLE!!!!! Class is passable, I got an A- but taught myself the material.

Professor is very helpful and nice. And although the material may be confusing in itself, STUDY THE RELATIONSHIPS IN GRAPHS AND/OR STATEMENTS. While his accent may hinder communication to some, I never had a problem understanding what he was explaining. Then again, studying helped!

Very difficult to do well in this class. However, I got low D's on all my tests and ended up with a C overall. Bad teacher, but not a bad guy. I don't think he looks to keep anybody from getting a passing grade. Good luck!

Please do not take this man if you want to learn, there has to be someone better. He confuses himself and eventually the entire class. He is as clear as mud when explaining stuff and you end up teaching yourself. His accent does not help the situation either. I would not reccommend.

The course itself is confusing let alone this instructor has a very strong accent. The accent isn't a problem, its the fact that *HE* gets confused on what he said/was saying/was gonna say etc. There's no book to buy...study the notes 2X and set up house in his office and U should pass with ease!

I ended up doing well but it took a lot of work--he is very unclear (thick accent and he makes mistakes) so its hard to know if you're actually doing the problems right (the slides have errors). I think he knows a lot about finance and trys to teach it well....just makes it hard to understand.

He is a graduate student. He seems very preoccupied and doesn't explain the material well at all. I found when I would go to him for help, I was often still confused. If you are able to, definitely take with another professor!!
