Does not read your papers beyond the introduction. Absurdly quiet, to the point where he is inaudible. Still easy.

This is a class on St. Thomas Aquinas, he is a fairly easy professor who only gives written exams, which are just a reverbalization of class notes and lectures. he is pretty boring, but really smart on a lot of things, old and retiring soon, take him if you can, you will learn a lot and it won't be a waste. he teaches ancient and aquinas

His exams and test are easy because they are take home. He requires alot of reading. His class is boring because he sounds like the man from the red eye commercial the whole time during class

Ancient phil is boring but one of two required 300 classes for majors. Yartz is awesome knows a ton about ancient phil and modern philosophical trends. He doesn't get to talk much about the modern stuff but likes to. He gets very excited, but is actuall

4 take home tests, which are actually papers. class can sometimes be painful to sit thru. however hes actually very intelligent. demands high quality work. so if your writing sucks, you have no business taking his class.

Yartz is OK but he repeats a lot. Will go over a concept maybe a thousand times! No analysis, no discussion, no backbreaking research. Just spill out his lectures on the papers (technically take home exams) and you will sail through the course!

By far the best Philosophy Professor Loyola has to offer. He is very knowledgeable and interacts with students a lot. His paper topics are right out of his lectures. He goes over the abstract notions several times until Each memeber of the student body gets a good grasp. ALL exams are take home!

He's a good guy. Yeah, maybe he rambles and is a little boring, but if you actually pay attention and participate, he likes you and the class is very helpful. You learn a lot if you listen and the TAKE HOME tests and final paper aren't too bad.

Been teaching since at least the 1960s and hasnt changed his style! Hard to understand (cuz he's old/quiet). Hard to access outside of class (no email given). Pretty easy-thinks hes right. Repeat whats said in lecture on ur papers and u r set. NEED PILLOW

He's really a jerk. Not lenient at all about missing classes. The tests are easy though he makes them all take home. Beware if you have him in SKY though cause he talks so softly you can't hear him over the outside (annoying construction) noise.

copy word for word what his says and then regurgitate it in no particular order in your paper. He knows his ideas are the best. Guaranteed A. attendance not mandatory if you can copy notes from someone. reading not necessary
