she was a horrible teacher. i loved math until i got in her class. she cannot teach. she is very rude to her students and yells at you when you ask for help. i pretty much failed her class and i am taking another math again spring semester.

She is absolutely horrible. She yells at students when they ask questions. Super strong accent. Grades partial credit but not the same for everyone. Just horrible. Never take her class. I loved math until her.

She is rude to students. When a student asks a question she yells at them and tells them to go re-take a lower level math. She decided not to use a book and is teaching from her notes, then forgets to cover some material and it shows up on the test. I asked her for help and was told she has no time for me. I had to drop the class. Just awful!

Took her for calculus over the summer. Her accent is difficult to understand. She doesn't give take up homework as grades, and the test or 20% of your final grade. The only thing I liked about the course was that the test reviews are pretty much exactly like the test.

Knows her stuff, but can be hard to understand at times. She gives good reviews before tests and the final exam, which are really helpful. DO THE HOMEWORK! Some chapters are rushed, but you can catch up even when you feel overwhelmed because of her reviews. Almost everyone used the Math Lab tutoring some. Even if you're a good student, it helps.

Calc 1. The first few days she is a little difficult to understand, but it gets easier. Do ALL of your homework and you will do well. The tests carry A LOT of weight. I don't think she is the greatest professor but she is very, very lenient with her grading (partial credit and grading scale).

Not helpful at all, inaccessible during office hours, when class average was low on tests she would come off condescending, and whenever you did not get any of the basics she would tell you to go back to college algebra.Final exam was unbelievably hard. Might have been a good professor in the past, but is not a good professor anymore.

Very clear on expectations. Test is based on homework, all you have to do is DO THE HOMEWORK. I don't have any trouble understanding her. Overall really good teacher, very lenient when grading, gives more partial credit than you deserve on tests.

Very nice teacher, and easy on the grading scales, but I often walked out of class feeling more confused than I was when I entered. If you want to get out of the class with a decent grade, she's a good choice. If you want to understand what you're learning... maybe not.

Dr. Wang does have a strong accent as many people say but it does not hold you back from learning the material. The test questions came straight from the homework problems assigned. She is a helpful professor and will usually designate a day before the test to answer any questions students may have.

Very heavy accent but she writes everything. I didn't do the homework that often because it was a lot to do. The tests are really hard because if you miss just a few problems, you fail. There are only 8 problems per test. It really brought down my GPA.

Her accent is rough, but she writes everything she is saying on the board. Test questions come from the homework, so do all of your homework. Homework isn't graded. Grades only come from Tests. She doesn't give partial credit for anything, so you have to get everything exactly right to get a problem correct. She does drop the lowest test grade.

One of the best math teachers around. She writes everything on the board so her accent's not a problem and you get used to it. I'm bad at math so a B in Calc. is amazing for me - thanks to her. Do the problems over and over.
