Online class for the summer semester which was about 1 month. 1 midterm (30%) 1 final (30%) and a "group" project (35%) that you can work on by yourself. Oh, and a weekly discussion post which is an easy (5%). Exam answers are online and there are power points on blackboard that you should use when doing the project. No need to buy the book

Took IB207 online during January one project, one midterm, one final (both of which you can find the answers on google). Pretty extensive group project, Put max effort into and only received an 90. Not sure why such a tough grader, managed a B+ when i should of got an A. Overall recommend the class as it was only 2 weeks and not a lot of work.

Sweet man, but class was pretty boring. Read off the powerpoints word for word. Had online tests we took on blackboard in class and they were way harder than expected! There were only 2 of them and one was open notes. He also assigned a group term paper which was miserable! Not a bad class to take overall.

I would call him a LAZY professor. Marketing is such an interesting course but he makes it so much boring as most the time he read from the presentations & never involves students in the discussion. For projects he never gives clear instructions. You would learn NOTHING out from him.

Professor Zhang is nice, has some good personal stories. All material is on powerpoint and online. Practice exams are available; just study powerpoints and pay attention in class and you'll be fine. Group project is timely but not difficult. Overall, a good experience.

I dont know what these people are talkin about that had negative comments. He made the subject interesting, yeah he read off of power points but added a ton of interesting things. He let us have a cheat sheet on the first test and open notes on the 2nd two. Alot of people didnt go to class but i think it was advantageous.

he's a nice guy who gave me the easiest A i have ever gotten. as has been said, just study the powerpoints. if you are looking to get an easy A, then take him. however, if you really want to learn the material (like if IB is your major) take someone more comprehensive.

I often wondered how you can have a 19 point curve and still have someone in the class get a 45...I often wondered how I did well on his tests without paying attention...I often wondered why I went to class when he really never took attendance. If you want to take a class that will keep you wondering until the day it is over, take this one!!!

Class is easy as pie. Tests are straight off the slide shows just study the night before and do his practice multiple choice he uses ALL OF THEM ON THE TEST!!! It is sad though because I often found that me and the girl next to me realized that we learned nothing after leaving class because A.We didn't pay attention or B.Crossword Puzzles. EASY A

each test is based on 80 powerpoint slides. how can you memorize that much. in class he just goes over the powerpoints and then tests you on them. you wont learn anything horrible professor doesnt teach just reads off pp's. if you want to memorize tons of pp slides than you will ace his class. but it is harder than it may seem. avoid if possible
