Okay, so I've read some reviews from students after having her, I don't think it's fair that people don't like her because of her accent. I've taken her 3 times and passed with all B's. I've taken 2 on campus and one summer online course which was actually fun! We had a project every week but it was fun! Her lectures are heavy. Just show up!

This class is sooo boring. Way too many video. Attendance is in a way mandatory if you want to do well in the class because there is participation/quizes every week. You either read the book, or go to class. This class is pretty easy, if you have half a brain and can memorize.

Great professor. Explains subject clearly. If you read the book, listen to the lectures, and take notes, the class is a breeze. She gives incredibly simple quizzes about once a week so that people can improve their grades. If you do well on the first three tests, you can skip the final. The only way to fail this class is to not pay attention.

Very condenscending teacher. She makes the students in the class feel stupid when they get something wrong and her accent makes her hard to understand. I don't like her very much.

I only put down that she was very helpful and clear b/c I think Chang Ling Ling deserves some smiley faces. Her class consisted of 4 tests that gradually got harder as the semester went on, one extremely easy paper, notes put up on Blackboard, and an extremely easy quiz every now and then. She's not very good with numbers (1852 in her words was one hundred eighty five two) but if you read the notes as she explains them in her lecture you will have NO problem with her class. BTW there is a curve at the end!

Once you get used to her accent and learn about her husband from North Dakota, her class is very easy. Pop "quizzes" every now and then with somewhat difficult tests. If you study and print the study guide on webboard you shouldnt have a problem getting at least a B. (Curved at end of semester)

This class is easy if you already took UBUS310 (Basic marketing material). Read what she lists on the study guide and write down what she stresses in class. Easy B, A with some effort. One paper, but it's easy. If you can stand sitting in a mass lecture hall with a bunch of freshmen, it's not bad.

She expects way too much from a 100 level course, but the work isn't too hard really. If you go to class every day you should be fine.

tests were FAR too detailed for an intro class, or any class at all really. each test was on at least 6 different chapters, of which she would pick asinine tidbits as questions. pay attention during class and read ALL of the assigned readings and youll do fine, but if youre like me, you wont.

Not a class I would recommend unless you are *really* interested in the field of mass communications. Chang's speech wasn't that difficult to understand, but the class was pretty boring. Make sure you come to class often because she gives unannounced quizzes and class assignments.

alright despite what these other kids say, I have a 4.0 goin into my sophmore year, this class is the biggest drag of any of them, the 3rd test study guide is over 17 pages long. And that is just filling out the minimum needed. If you like a lot of needless work take this class, find some easier

She's really hard to understand sometimes. She shows a lot of video clips which gets kind of annoying after a while. Overall, the class is fairly easy.

I can't understand half of what Chang says, and she says the same thing over and over again. She sets up a five minute clip with three minutes of blabbering. Sleep in class often, because it's such an easy class, although it does get a tad bit harder.

she talks and talks and talks, but atleast she gets excited about it, which makes you think, why is she excited about it? Sometimes you can't understand a damn thing she says, but just laugh it off, the tests are easy
