He is a good professor. He cares about students to do well. He allows a cheatsheet w formulas on the exams. There are 3 exams, hw's, and a group project. He is making the course easily understandable, however the classes are a bit boring. I would take him again. The class is not very hard.

The class is ok. He allows a page front and back for notes on the exams. You pick between subjects for the group project. He grades pretty easily on homework and the project. He is a very sweet man but you will struggle if you don't have a strong background in finance and accounting. This class builds on past courses.

Professor Fredman is such a nice guy. Very easy, straightforward class. Lectures are very helpful and he pretty much tells you everything you need to know. You are allowed to bring notes into all the tests and they are very straightforward. One easy group project. Highly recommend for your FINA class.

I agree with the last couple of people. His class was hard because he wasn?t clear, and his homework doesn?t have answers. He also bounces around subjects during the lecture. I don?t recommend him either.. not if you actually need to learn something. I?m in advanced corp finance now and feel waaaaaaay behind the curve.

So I really disagree with what all the other people from 2007 and before have stated. I think his class is kind of difficult because he is very unclear and just writes a whole bunch of stuff on the board and thinks you know what he's talking about. The only perk is that you get a notes sheet for every test.

Fredman was a nice man. Class was often boring a dry but he is concise and to the point. He goes through problems in class and allows you to have a cheat sheet with whatever you want on it for tests and the final. Class couldn't be any easier. If you're paying attention, he'll even make jokes. Besides, many don't know squat about money.

Boring lectures but he will tell you exactly what will be on test and lets you use a cheat sheet with all the formulas which basically will guarantee you a B if you make one. Take him, he's a lot easier than Picone

I had Professor Fredman 14 years ago. Well into my career now, I look back at him as a knowledgeable, but tough guy. He isn̢۪t an easy ride, but you will learn a lot from him.

Dr. Fredman could go through class even if there are no students in class. He asks questions, waits for a few seconds, no one answers it and he does it on the board everytime. The class is comical at times. He is clear and to the point. Tells you what tests and quizs are on. This clss in not that di
