Comment:

Stats is a very hard class, but he made it manageable! He is a really nice and funny guy. We had tons of extra credit for test grades. His lecture and reviews are JUST like the test, so write down what he writes. He says you need the textbook but I never used it . Study and you will do fine.

Comment:

Lets start off by saying im very week in math. I was worried when i saw that i had to take this class and based on the reviews of several professors i decided to go with this one. That was the BEST decision i made. This professor has the funniest lectures. He has a way of keeping all the students involved with funny jokes and examples. Very Caring!

Comment:

Wonderful teacher I mustve emailed him every day of the semester and he responded promptly with complete instructions if you show him what you did. Allows double shot if you finish HW by due date, 100s of videos on every topic. Mymathlab is sometimes annoying but he issues credit when MML messes up. Overall he is one of the best professors.

Comment:

A ton of resources such as videos,ppts,notes,reviews,2 SHOTS AT EXAMS and he keeps the higher grade - I mean come on! 3 for quizzes and lots of time to get it done. I must have emailed him 100 times and he literally replied to all my emails and was very accommodating and understanding. Don't be lazy and procrastinate and this will be an easy A!

If Math is your weakest subject, DO NOT take him for Stats. I asked him twice for help, (his response made me feel dumb) all he said was "you lack language skills" and did not help me solve the math problem. I hope he gives extra credit for all those students just barely passing his class. He is the rudest professor I've had, lacks people skills.

Hardest class ever, especially online. Hard to find the information you need on the website, and the tests are totally different from everything else. Professor was not helpful.

If math isn't our best subject, you shouldn't take it online- however, this professor will really work with you and give you plenty of chances to make a good grade. He was very understanding and gave good feedback. Everything is online except for the final, that's on campus. I didn't find the reviews on BB but maybe I read them wrong. Good luck!

I took this class online. The final is on campus but everything else is on My Math Lab. Pretty easy and he answers emails quickly. You get two chances to take test, and then he takes your best grade.

Online class. Definitely a favorite professor because he was understanding about due dates and extended them if necessary. Gave friendly email reminders to finish. Lots of homework but were easy(unlimited) times to answer. Quizzes(2 tries).Test(2 tries). Textbook helpful but not necessary. TAKE HIM HE'S THE BEST!

Elhaj is very straight forward with you and funny. He is honest and caring at the same time also. 3 tests with optional 4th test. If you take it he drops lowest, then replaces next lowest with final. Tests and some graded HW are the only grades for the class. He likes to get off track and talk about many things in lecture so you don't get too bored

Excellent resources on BB, online tests are like assigned HW, credit is issued for webassign errors, generous with points and very flexible due dates. 2-3 hrs/week made an easy B. Definitely take him!

Very flexible, super nice and helpful. You get 2 shots at exams, 3 shots at quizzes, long due dates over a month, prompt response, great videos notes, made an easy B crammed most of it.

Professor Elhaj was extremely helpful to me. He offered a ton of makeup work because I missed a lot due to Harvey. He extended the due dates and was just very understanding. Would definitely take him again.

Professor Elhaj is a great educator! I took his online class for COL-ALG and the quizzes consisted of 4-8 questions max and the homework was about 20 question each. Professor Elhaj does give a deadline for all the homework/quizzes/test and its not every Sunday, its about 3 weeks spread apart so plenty of time to get things done! Highly recommend

Online class. Terrible professor. Lets MML do all work for him. No lecture notes. Had several technical difficulties with screen-shot proof only to be met with condescending responses and assumptions that I just wanted to get out of doing work. Dont be surprised if your email is answered with 'well everyone else in the class didnt have problems.'

He is an extremely rude professor. When you email him or ask him a question, he makes you feel stupid, as if you should already know the answer to your question. He doesn't put grades in the grade book and is very condescending. He takes forever to get to the point and wastes A LOT of time talking about things that aren't relevant to the topic.

This is the worst professor I have ever come up with. It was an online class, and the professor has no clue about communicating style with students. I wonder, how can a professor be so rude with students with no particular reason. I had to email 10 times for the same subject. I will never recommend this class to anyone, not even to my enemy.

Super rude. All he does is talk about questions past students have asked, and how dumb those questions are. He is extremely condescending and if you don't understand something in the class then he makes you feel like you are stupid.
