She was easily my favorite professor. TAKE HER FOR ENGLISH, if you show up and are nice to her she will respect you back. She is the sweetest woman and cares so much about her students. She asks you to do one page responses to readings, but they are super easy if you read the assigned readings once, again, take her class you will love her!

Alison was my favorite teacher at Whitewater. The papers are based off of your opinion and its always your own story. She assigns something to read before every class but they are always interesting readings, nothing boring. I always wanted to go to class because she is an interesting teacher who always kept me interested in what she was saying.

Alison is the best professor at Whitewater. She genuinely cares about her students and their progress. She does assign a lot of assignments, but they are quick and based on your opinion. Her essays are extremely easy and based on personal experience. The class is based on discussion, and you get what you put it. I love her!

Alison is probably one of the best professors I have ever had. Her classes are fun, she has a very interesting sense of humor, and she really loves her students. Her classes do involve a lot of writing assignments, but they are personal expression pieces, and not research papers. Take her class if you want to really improve your writing skills.

She's crazy. You have to write a paper for every reading and print out a poem for every class. She is horribly unclear. Often, she points out students during class for smiling, nodding, laughing, etc... But she is an easy A. Not a hard grader at all. Classes are mostly discussion.

A great teacher and she gives you helpful feedback. Takes a long time to get your grades back and there are a LOT of writing assignments (she's not always clear on what she wants but don't worry, as long as it holds her interest it's good). She's really sweet though and going off on tangents can be a lot of fun.

Alison is a fabulous writer and excels at giving good feedback and bringing out deep thoughts. She's a very nice lady, though the overall workload can be a bit excessive. If you?re a passionate writer, this isn't a problem, as every student can write what they want. A great professor if you love to write.

I had this professor for English 101 and 102. She is very into in class conversation, so make sure that you read the poems etc. that are assigned for the day, She will be very pleased if you are willing to give your opinion. She outlines the course and is up front and clear about her expectations for papers etc. I would recommend her.

She's kinda like an Auntie Professor. She likes it when students are involved in in-class discussion and loves creative, expressive and from-the-heart essays. Paper grades tend to improve over time as she gets to know you. She chooses some odd stuff to read, but it gives you something to write about. Very caring & sweet.

I loved Alison! She was so amazing. I wanted her for english 102 but her classes booked up so fast because everyone loves her! Shes really a good teacher and her class is fairly easy. She likes a lot of writing in detail and loves when people talk! Take her!
