Great Teacher. He will help you out if you are going the right way and he will just keep you on track. Very knowledgable and is one of the best teachers at DeVry. I wish he could teach other subjects other than math, If he did I would have a 4.0GPA.

Comment:

Mathews was the one of the best teachers I had. I really enjoyed statistics and it was one of my favorite classes. He made the material interesting to learn and actually moved fast enough to keep my attention.

He is a really good professor. Very knowledgeable and know what he is teaching. If you really want to learn and get a good grade, you need read the chapter before class. This will help you a lot and I enjoied his class a lot.

I havnt had a math class in about 10 years and he is great to relearn this stuff from. He is alittle quick for some people in the class but he is just right for me. I will be taking him again in 178 and stats. Down side is he is friends with Steven Cox

Good teacher, but his teaching style was hard to get used to. He knows his stats though and was very helpful. The book was terrible, I'm tired of being a guinea pig for Devry, this and the EET289 books were horrible. Devry should reimburse us.
