Amy's great. She's very low-key & down-to-earth, & clearly knows & loves what she teaches. She does tend to cancel class, but lives over 1 hour away & has a young baby so it is understandable. Grades relatively leniently but makes sure you do your work. Excellent teacher, highly reccommend her.

Excellent class, the book was fitting, the lectures were interesting and definitely didn't run-on too long. Beyond all of that, I found Amy Blizzard to be a wonderful person full of humor and real-world experience in the topic. Definitely a class worth taking and a teacher worth arranging your schedule around!

She is a little too talkative and tends not to listen long enough to responces (has a short attention span), but she covers the material well. I didn't like that she skipped out on so many classes (not very professional) and she gave so much extra credit. If you go to class every friday, expect to earn pts for that. Moderately interesting.

There are a lot of left-wing partisan comments in her class but she is still a very jovial, friendly person. Also, she does a good job with lecturing with the way she applies the real-life, practical side to state/local government. She gets her material from the text but it is supplemented by her experience within local governments.

She was great, I really enjoyed her class. She takes most of the stuff from the book, so take notes and read the book and you are sure to do a good job. Plus, she doesn't take attenance and when she does, she gives you extra credit for coming some days. Plus, she will give you extra if you are not doing as well and they do help. I recommend her.

amy is the best teacher to get for this class, she is a nice lady who wants you to do good, if you go to class and take notes there is no reason why you shouldnt get a B at the least, her tests are short like 40 ?'s and multiple choice, doesnt take attendahce but gives extra credit when a lot are missing from class, take her, trust me, i loved it.

LOVE HER! She has an awesome sense of humor and is always throwing funny random comments into the lecture. Notes are online, and she lets you know exactly what you need to study for the test. Without a doubt the best teacher I've had so far!
