Excellent teacher- wish they could find her. She prepared me for law school very well. Loved her. Smart, funny, compassionate. Didnt get enough support from her department or chair when I was there. I hear hes retiring. Good.

Ready for useless stories and over an hour and a half of useless banter on jesus, southern cooking, and how she's technologically illiterate? If so this class is for you. If not, avoid it like the plague. You hardly ever use the book and hardly ever cover new material. Awful teacher.

This is the best professor that I ever took. I recommend that you take all of her classes because you will be very pleased with the decision. She knows how to make the class interesting and she is just all around a bowl of fun. If there was ever a professor that every student should take...it would be Arlene Johnson.

She was a HOOT!!...She's so funny and kept my attention the whole class time. She's very understanding when it comes to leaving early or not being present... super easy A... take any of her classes!!!!!!!!!

I wanted to learn in her class and didn't. I learned more in the Law School Methods class from the guest speakers that another STUDENT lined up to come speak. She is Horrible as a teacher and should be fired. However her tests are EASY and you can get an Easy A. But DON'T come to class ready to learn - YOU WON'T!! Same stories/jokes EVERY DAY!
