By far one of the best professors I have ever had. Dr. Myers's experience in the field helps you prepare for the real word. He does many examples in the class which always help out in the assignments. Assignments are not hard if you pay attention and take notes. Study the assignments and the powerpoint slides and you will be ready for the exams.

This was prob the most difficult/time consuming class I have taken thus far. If you don't like group projects, you are going to hate this class because the majority of your grade is based on a semester long group project - 3 phases, presentations, reports. Attendance is MANDATORY! All and all, it was honestly a great class - just time consuming.

This class has 6 quizzes over the reading material but the main part of your grade is a group project which takes all semester. There are three phases you will go through each worth a large portion of your grade, and its peer grading. This class takes A LOT of time. It takes the time of three classes, seriously. It isn't too hard if you the work.

Is VERY difficult to deal with. He feels he needs to be admired by all and wants you to know he's a big deal. His classes are not difficult but interactions tend to be burdensome. feedback is usually unrelated to questions asked . All I will say is good luck, you're going to need it.

This class is fairly easy and he has tons of real world experience and advice dealing with the contents of this course. There aren't many assignment or tests so each one counts quite a lot. The main drawback is that some of the tests are quite lengthy and you really have to know the content to pass them. Some information is only available in class.

Head of the comp science dept. A absolute train wreck. He was my advisor and instructor and didnt do either well. He rants on about things that have nothing to do with the topic. At times he is soo unfocused he can't discuss the topic. As far as advisor the only advice he provided was my last semester and I needed to take 6 classes to graduate.

Dr. Myers is a great person and a great teacher. He definitely knows what he is doing. As long as you attend class, pay attention, and do your homework, and study you'll do just fine. However, if you don't, you will find yourself in trouble. I have had him for 4400, 4750, 4630, and asp net and I always come out with a B.

Dr Myers usually started the class with some fun banter, then he got right to the point. Don't let his blunt emails fool you, he's a really nice guy. He prefers you use the book as a reference a lot, but I rarely did. Some of the assignments were tricky, but if you pay attention you'll get right through them; exams are trickier, but take your time.

As long as you do not act stupid and you show up on time for his classes, don't bring a computer, and pay attention to what he says you are ok. Attendance is not exactly mandatory but don't expect to get much help if you don't show. He is a great teacher as long as you are wanting to learn. Be sure to study for his tests they'll surprise you!

He is without a doubt a wise teacher and a man who is helpful when he is availble. One problem is that he grades the work late, so you would not know if what you were doing was right. However I took his class in the Summer though it was short he tried to fit as many assisgnments as he could, so he will overwork you.

Anyone that says hes a great teacher must be in the wrong section. His tests are incomprehensible. His questions are usually written "himself" at the expense of his students. He is rude in class and frequently degrades students when they ask for help. I made it through, got my Degree now. Good Riddance.
