I took her for Nutrition and it was a HORRIBLE class. I did not learn one thing from that class. She is a horrible teacher and tends to go off topic EVERY lecture. Its hard to follow and VERY boring. I would suggest not taking her if possible.

Not that bad of a person, horrible teacher. Makes you feel like a complete idiot if you ask her to clarify,it is very hard to understand her. She doesnt use a book, just a $4 packet. Attendance is not manditory but there is a test every class. I would suggest taking this course as the 15 wk. class with another prof. if you dont want a lot of stress

I dont think shes that bad of a prof, i took med term online from her and didnt have a problem w/ her. always talks about how shes really busy w/ 300 students, and she doesnt really offer alot of extra help.but shes not that bad really

I took med term online. She won't respond to emails, doesn't return phone calls, and was nearly impossible to get ahold of. She turned in the wrong grade for me, then disappeared for the summer, and I had to get the Dean involved to get the grade fixed. The final exam was a joke - she gave all the answers if you needed help!

Comment:

She is not flexable with her students when it comes to taking tests. Dont even think about asking her a question because she will make you feel very dumb for even asking it. This is a one credit class and she makes it as complicated as a 4 credit class.
