She's a sweet lady, not overly helpful but she's fair. Classes are quite boring but your attendance will reflect on your mark so it's best to show up. Reminded me of a High School French class, not too difficult but pretty disorganized.

Truly cares about the class, the hardest part is paying attention. She gives a lot of work to do but thats the way french is. I really don't think you can make learning french interesting. She wants everyone to do well and if the average is low she will allow class re- writes or give you options.

Decent prof, usually reviewed homeworks/assignments in class for corrections. Tests are usually similar to exercises in the text book; note that slightly obscure/rarely used grammar and vocabulary questions aren't uncommon. A good course if you can't remember any of your high school French classes. If you put the work in you'll get a good mark.

Very sweet lady, sincerely wants her students to do well. Granted some say her class is very much like a high school setting, it's nice to have that familiar experience. Very flexible with deadlines. Loves participation and I definitely recommend going to class.

Marks fairly on compositions, but her tests are nuts. She puts vocabulary on them that you go over for a collective total of 2 minutes and wonders why students don't get more points. Most of my classmates seemed to do badly and those who didn't came from Francophone backgrounds. Avoid this class unless you're doing a major/minor in French.
