Comment:

I loved his class, and he had an awesome attendance policy, but not one to totally take advantage of. You need good notes--the exams are all essay. You will barely touch your book; the exams are based on the lectures. Rather than study specific laws per se, you will cover about 15 major Supreme Court case studies. He's also very funny and cute.

Comment:

He is in law school, which is very demanding and while he is learning law he is teaching it to undergrads. He couldn't fit all he wanted to into a semester so we had to teach ourselves for the final. Tries to be cool and funny. The class is easy if you want easy, but you don't learn all you should.
