Absolutely flaky. Day before the final, had returned one graded problem set OUT OF THREE and hadn't yet graded the midterm! Keeps making excuses for herself, yet some professors have FIVE kids (not just one) and manage to do all that is required of them, and still publish much more than she does. How could she EVER get tenure? Avoid at all costs.
