If you're not also enrolled in the HRT251, best of luck to you. He doesn't teach anything in class that is on the exam nor do you have a text book to work from, also, he will not tell you when assignments are due so live by your syllabus and sharpen up your mindreading abilities. Lectures are repetitive long rambles with no class participation.

Very scatterbrained and will often repeat the same storiesinformation from class to class. Often unclear about whenwhat is due. Lectures are dull and there is extremely limited class participation so be ready to listen to him ramble. Not a fan of him in this class but other classes seem to like him.

well I also had him for HRT 251. Great professor and very willing to help. If it wasn't for him, I'll still be taking classes that I already took in my previous college. He helped me a lot with my transfer courses. Sad that he is no longer teaching the Hospitality marketing class.

This class is easy. Henseraling is very straight forward with what he wants. He's a lot more easier in HRT 251. The assignments are simple. The only bad thing about this class is that he is strict about attendance and handing stuff in late.

He is the greatest teacher ever!! All you have to do is listen, read and follow the instructions. Its not that hard. The class is boot camp for the hrt department. If u do what is asked, then u will get an a. If u mess up dont do anything right then u fail and can not get into the department. So pay attention, and you will pass.

I personally do not think he is a good professor for HRT 181, but i heard that he is a good in his other classes, he takes 10 points off for not following the rule like not putting your name in the each papers.He could be really mean sometimes. hensarlings a nice guy but if you're taking 181 he's a real stickler.. 10 points off a test for not putting your name on the BACK of EVERY page, 10 points off an assignment for not stapling.. weird. he wasn't as tough in his tourism class though.. 181 is like the bootcamp for hrt kids.. it gets better.
