This class was the worst class so far. It's just boring and discouraging to study. He reads off of slides, no textbook. The test wasn't difficult but you'll hate your life when you sit in the library and face the PowerPoints. I had three exams, in class activities, 8 short essay assignments, and vocab quizes. He teaches economics, not marketing.

DO NOT TAKE THIS CLASS! I am a straight A student who's had some seriously tough classes and this by far is the worst. Exam 1 had 300+ slides, 4 regions of the world (geography) and 90 terms. He isnt clear about what to know for the exams and the exams are extremely hard. I made a 77 on exam 1 and studied for 7 1/2 hours.

DO NOT TAKE HIM. You will learn nothing but memorizing more than 500 terms that you will forget eventually. Time-consuming class. But if you are good at memorizing, you will get A. But when I said, memorizing, I mean +500 terms. Late on grading. He seems a nice guy tho.

Duhan is a nice guy but his lectures will put you to sleep. There is a crazy amount of material. Learn as much as you can from the powerpoints and quizzes and you should be okay.

Professor Duhan is very passionate about his work. The course itself seems easy, but there is a good bit of extra work outside of lecture- all easy, just tedious. Tests can be worded funny and are pretty difficult. TA does grading, but Professor Duhan is understanding and helpful.

Very boring class! Very nice guy but WAY to much busy work. Have about 160 vocab terms to memorize for the test, all the countries and on top of that over 150 powerpoint slides to study for ONE test. Final is comprehensive, so multiply all that for one test times 3

Nice guy, has some funny storie. The TA does all the grading though, there is a lot of busy work. He doesn't bump grades up at all unless you write 5 extra papers through out the year. I had a 69.7 an got no love on the C. The class average was a 78 and there was no curves. I will see him again next semester

Duhan is a great teacher! He's a very intelligent individual and knows his stuff. I've learned so much in this class - the required articles every week keep you updated with current events and falls in line with what you're learning. No - it's NOT an easy class. But, its extremely interesting and worthwhile. Sometimes easy classes aren't valuable.

Has a story for everything. It is hard to sit through his nearly 2 hour lectures. Don't feel like I learned much at all outside of his damn stories.
