Mr. Loring was great. The four essays in the class give enough leeway to make them your own. Just make sure to do the prepare assignments or else he deducts points from your essays. Nearly all the classes are discussions which makes the class dynamic and interesting.

He is really great and helps you with your ideas and papers...very fair..good research topics! Just talk to him and he'll explain everything! He wears the same type of pants everyday??? He does teach Yoga too!

Comment:

Had him for 101 and 102. He is on of the best professors I've had at SCC. He genuinely cares about the education and success of his students. He is enthusiastic during class, and willing to take time out of his day to help after class. It is impossible to fail if you do the work and ask for help.
