Eric Olson is a subpar professor who has not shown any interest in his students' success. He uses outdated anecdotes in place of actually teaching relevant information. Unnecessarily rude and remarkably inconsistent in his correspondence and instruction.

Took this over winterim - it was a little intense because there is a large group project and presentation that comes due really fast during accelerated class. The instructor's lectures were good, but I wish he was more specific about his expectations on the project earlier on in the semester. On the flip side, the prof does curve the tests.

Very challenging class - took it over Spummer. Huge group project that is very tough if you have a slacker - and you ALWAYS do. Learned a ton, though. I would recommend that he update and reduce the articles - some were so old they weren't relevant.

Took him in a spummer course, seems like he would have a harder class during a long semester. he didnt really have an attitude or anything and ive had hard times with teachers. grades nicely, just participate in a professional manner and you will do fine.
