Proclaiming that 'all white people are ****,' is not a good way open the hearts and minds of your students. Sadly, instead of urging students to see the beauty of diversity and appreaciate the differences between cultures, her finger pointing puts you on the defense.

She was very unclear in her notes and expected you to think the way she thought. keep your opinions to yourself she will embarass you. I had a hard time sitting through the class because she verbally bashes the white people. Now im not **** or anything but it pissed me off!!

Spunky teacher and very passionate about this class. She has a lot of work assigned and a lot of readings but they aren't really necessary to read because she goes off the topic a lot. OVerall you will really learn a lot in the class and she'll keep you interested!

Very passionate about "race". There are a lot of readings but half of the time, she forgets about it so most of the time she lectures from her opinion. Quizzes are easy if you can remember key points she stated during lectures. Loved this class b/c it got me thinking. Everyone should take it!

She is very opinionated and is fine as long as you completely agree with her. Many times it was all I could do to keep from telling her off and walking out of the class. I would not recommend her to anyone who has their own opinions and stands up for them.

WAY TOO MUCH READING (assigned every class period) &10-pt-quizzes almost evry week(requiring very thorough explanation, more than she says with lots of evidence to back up). Very passionate about her work (you should learn a lot. Beware of final exam question phrasing - it's future, not term tense.
