I think the course was International Economics. I couldn't understand a word he said; I'm still not sure if he understood what he was talking about!. Every once in a while, he would chuckle at something he said -- still have no idea what was so funny.

very nice, occasionally funny, but a little hard to understand. he doesn't really go over the stuff that's on the test in class. the tests are really hard. and his lectures are really boring.
