I love James! He is an awesome professor. His class is super easy and all the assignments and tests are online and in groups. I always see in and he still remembers me, very sweet guy. I got over 100% in this class!!

This professor bases his grading on when you show up for class and also by you paying attention. Looking at your computer or phone will get you a low grade. You need to show up to this class to pass. Show him you care about you education and he will treat you with respect!

All tests were done in groups. Pick a good group for your first project, you are doing projects and test with them all semester. Extremely easy class. The lectures are all power points which makes it slightly boring. Showing up isn't needed to pass the class, participation points are given maybe 3 times? Just get a good group to fill you in.

I've had Krolik for 2 classes and he's honestly one of the most under-rated professors at EMU. He seems relate-able and he can lead interesting discussions. Both classes were hybrid format where we had one lecture a week followed by a case assignment (one page). He sometimes does in-class assignments so be ready. I'd recommend taking his classes!

Easy A! Do the assignment and Mr. Krolik will give you full credit. Attendance is "mandatory" because of his in class assignments. However, there were times I didn't even come to class & got credit. His lectures are so boring & you can tell even he is uninterested in teaching. Tests are super easy!

He has assignments during class and not every class so you had to show up to get the points. Most of his exams he cancelled but they were all online and only available during the weekend. I took his hybrid course and had assignments due on the days we didn't have class. He talked a lot about nursing. He's very understanding.

I took this class as a hybrid. Every other week there were two papers-relatively easy. There were exams about once a month (they were online). He had in class assignments that he never told you when they were, so attendance is crucial within his class. Overall, amazing professor.

Amazing professor. Talkative but not boring. Exams were all online and easy if you studied. Easy points just for doing in class assignments really help. AND he even let people make up exams they might've missed. True professor that cares about his students passing.

This is my third time taking this professor. I love his classes. They're easy and he always engages with the class. I took this as a hybrid class and it was well structured. Homework every week, a few exams, and a group project. No final. No midterm. All his lectures are posted online, but he has in class activities to make sure you attend class.

Worst teacher I've had at EMU! For being a "Dr.", his grammar and ability to write a clear email is horrendous. It took 12, barely one sentence emails to answer one question. Told him from day one I had to leave 15 min early for another class and he would change dates and never fill me in.

I took this class in summer so it was easier than other semesters. He did not distribute exams/quizzes so there was a lot of homework (which I'm fine with). He tends to be scattered, doesn't follow syllabus. Show up and do the homework and you'll pass. He is flexible with due date. TEXTBOOK IS NECESSARY!

Students only viewed this class as boring/easy because they didn't actually read the material. In terms of learning you get out what you put in, if don't read the book (which is free online) then you will find this class pointless. This is a great class to balance with more challenging classes but I highly recommend you read the material.

Super boring class and super unorganized. Didn't learn one thing cause the material wasn't amusing. He read of power points and the class was stupid easy. You don't need to put any effort into anything. You really just pay to listen to him talk for 2 hours which is the most boring thing ever.

It's an easy A. isnt aware of how canvas works and might put 0s for your assignment so make sure to always check your grades. Doesn't email quickly & rudely responded to my emails. His hybrid class is very easy, once a week you listen to him lecture and he usually never takes the full hour and fifteen minutes. You have to do an easy written in class assignment for the points, which he never reads, just checks you showed up. He has his exams online and written assignments from the textbook due each weekend.
