Good Professor, did about as good as a pilot can do teaching an Air Traffic Control class. First couple tests are really easy if you review the powerpoints, 1 easy group project due at the end of the semester. Make sure to read the syllabus.

Have taken him for too many classes to remember. He does seem to know his stuff and has some real world examples. These examples are actually quite usefull; the first time. If you take many classes w/ him, you will hear them all many times. Thus gets to be repeatative. You go and you listen, you will do just fine.

All I can say is horrible. Took him twice and he is a terrible teacher. He talks like everyone should know exactly what he's teaching before he has taught it. I got 16/25 participation points and I attended every class but one. Also is a very bias teacher. DON'T TAKE HIM!

Great prof! He really loves aviation and uses great examples from his former corporate flying career to help bring real world situations to the classroom! Study the FAA Study guide! Direct questions from that are what make up the tests. Awesome Guy!!

Very professional and polite. Very knowledgeable and tells a lot of stories that are interesting and relate to the teachings. Lectures get boring though (powerpoint) and with the exception of 423 his tests are out of the study book. Other than some of the lectures Dr. J.'s class is great. Recommend.

Say it's severe clear out and you're flying your Beech 1900 into Willow Run and you're co-pilot up and dies on you. What would you do then? Real life situation here, folks. Any of my duchess drivers in here that can answer that? Great prof, clear messages, good examples.
