3 pages of drafts due every week, peer evaluations and reading. Read two novels and then wrote two papers coordinating to the style of each novel. Each paper is a draft process. One narrative and one research/narrative. Very helpful in office hours and general university help for freshman. Super funny and nice!

She is very serious and expects you to work your hardest. The readings for her class are fun and the discussions are interesting. However, she is very aggressive and intimidating. While she is available for help, she is very intense in what she has to say. If she has a problem with you, she will tell you. Often with a few cuss words.

Ms. B is the BEST Professor at LMU! I absolutely loved every minute of her class. She is hilarious and actually makes class interesting. She is always willing to help. Class is mandatory. Go to her office hours to get help on papers! Just read and participate in class and you will be more than fine. If you can take her, DO IT!!! Loved her!

Mrs. B is an amazing teacher. She goes above and beyond what is required of her. Her class is a real class, meaning that you have to work in it and you will learn from it. If you want to improve your writing skills, take her class. Her class is never boring or overwhelming. She's very insightful and intelligent. Highly recommended!

Th professor is very stern and will not except any excuses for absences. More than one absence is a fail, even if your dying. There's a 2 page journal do every week, which doesnt seem to hard, except for its graded harshly. Its supposed be "your opinion" of the weekly reading assignemt,but if your opinion is against te reading you get a bad grade.

Once a week, one credit class. Class was ridiculously hard and brought down everyone's GPA. No one in the class had gotten an A or a 5 in their weekly journals. There is no set criteria for the quality of the journal and seemed to completely random. New class, terrible organization and ridiculously hard.

Probably one of the most hilarious professors you will ever have. She has a mouth like a trucker and isn't affaid to call you out or kick you out of class if you don't have your work done. Totally worth taking her though because of the ab workout you will get from laughing so much. Do your work though or you will fail.

BEST Freshmen English professor EVER. Took two classes with her during my first year. She expects regular attendance, participation, reading, and effort. But she makes learning interesting and fun. She cares about her students and wants them to succeed. Mandatory office hours, but it's worth it. Fun to talk to. Fair grader. Would take her again

I cannot stress HOW AWESOME this professor is! She's AMAZING beyond words. Class is EXTREMELY interesting, EXTREMELY fun, EXTREMELY interactive, and just overall AWESOME! I have taken the best teachers at LMU, Perry Reynolds etc. and she is not even near that level. Class is entertaining and fun, and fairly easy, but TAKE her friend Stephanie Donnelly...she is all of those and actually has a heart. Jennifer is extremely judgemental, and if you rub her the wrong way your grade will pay. Has constant PMS all year long

THis lady is crazy. u will learn this fast on the first day of class, But she is the tightest teacher ever. Dont be scared away at first. She has to display her authority a few times and then shes really nice. GO TO OFFICE HOURS! unlike most english 110 classes, you will learn in this one.
