one word=amazing! the class itself is boring but the fact that he jus teaches straight from the book gives me a chance to study for a test in my next class, do some homework, or catch up on some sleep while class is going on. i say take the class if u want an easy grade and a good laugh.

A seasoned proffessional with high Credentials and insight from many years of experience and Dedication to this feild. Although suited for a more mature audience the man is very humble and charming, also very easy to communicate with and understanding. You will make the grade if you make an effort to participate and want to grasp the subject matter which is very useful in life and understanding the world around you in terms of Business and Politics. Dr. Picard is truly a nice guy but he is totally boring. He knows nothing about what he teaches. He reads straight from the text. He sways when he is at the front of class, trips over nothing, and babbles on about stuff that has noting to do with the class example is phone bill. He truly needs to retire. BORING!!! I learned nothing.

I can honestly say that I do not enjoy going to this class. However, economics isn't excatly a thrill ride. He tries very hard to make you understand, but in the end he just doesn't make the grade.
