The lecture is boring but easy. The lab is hard. You have to study A LOT for the lab. He tries to make lecture more interesting by talking about colonoscopies and such. As disgusting as his stories were though, they worked a little bit. He'll try to keep you in lecture late, I had to walk out a few times to make it to my next class on time.

I think he is retiring, but I just wanted to stand out and say that I enjoyed his class. Yes, it was boring and he can put you to sleep. But he really tries hard to cover everything he can. He is lenient, and puts up with A LOT of RUDE ppl who leave class early and talk during lecture, manners!

Yes, he does go into detail about his colonoscopy, as well as getting his rotten teeth pulled. Yes, it is also true that the answers to every lecture test are on the internet. But why is everyone complaining? Those stories are very funny, and you get an easy A+ for lecture. Beware of lab tests

He will quite often go off on tangents. If you don't mind hearing about his colonoscopy, he may be your guy, if not, then, well, he's not the greatest. Lab tests are difficult, but lecture exams come straight off the publisher's website.

Took a year ago, all the guy did was mumble and point with a laser pointer at slides. Worse Class EVER!! Easy A if you can memorize answers from a publishers web page. But, if you want to learn anything take someone else! He is a joke for a professor!!!

lectures useless tests are posted on blackboard and he teaches none of it. boreing. If you are good at memorization take Sickel he is not that bad. As far as i know he is the best 221 teacher. No HW none. but he makes up for it come test time dido 4/24

doesn't teach anything in class...all lecture exams are straight cut and paste from the publisher's web page, but in order to do well on them you have to memorize literally 1,500 questions and answers per test b/c he doesn't teach any of the information
