Although he is tough, it is the kind that you need. He made me redo my thesis for a paper 3 times just to show me what a thesis statement is. Its changed the way I write papers. He is also an awesome man to talk to, and is constantly at school making himself available to students.

Professor Jones is a unique creature. He challenges you to preform at your best and if you're not he bluntly tell you ,however, it only shows he cares about his students and wants them to succeed. He very knowledgeable and articulate with a great sense of humor so he's very easy to get along with.

He's one of the best teachers I've ever had, probably one of the best ones in Mville. You learn A LOT from him, he manages to change your whole perspective on different issues. His lectures are really interesting. He doesn't have favorites, he treats everyone the same and if he sees you put some effort he won't be a tough grader.

Professor Jones is a great professor. He knows exactly what he's talking about and won't hesitate to answer a question that isn't answered in the book. Also, he doesn't use the book as a clutch. He has a wide area of knowledge. Don't expect to do well if your writing isn't on par, he is very tough on essays.
