Best professor you'll ever have! My favorite teacher for sure! I take any class he's teaching because he's always entertaining, honest, and full of real-world wisdom. You will definitely learn useful stuff in his class and be entertained at the same time. This was my final semester and I tell you, I'm gonna miss Tessitore's classes.

I've taken Tessitore before and absolutely love his teaching methods! He lectures and refers to the book. You don't HAVE to read the book, but I did because it further explains what he lectures on. You don't have to go to class, but his references and personal relative stories to the material help explain the lesson. Take him!!

Tessitore is the best. He has a great energy and explains everything in such a clear and concise way that the conclusions become self-evident and stick with you. The tests are easy if you just show up and studying is even unnecessary if you pay attention to lectures, which can last long but aren't boring. But if you make some mistakes, there's EC.

Prof. Tessitore is very knowledgeable and very entertaining. He lectures each class, take notes and pay attention, the tests come from this material. You don't really need the textbook if you are willing to come to class and take notes. His tests are all multiple choice, often true/false questions, so it's easy if you review your notes prior.

Professor Tessitore is the man...I NEVER liked learning about laws or government related material before this class. I took it over the summer and got A's on every test. The best way to get an A is to pay attention, which is easy because of his stories that he relates to each topic, and to study the notes you take. No book needed. Pay attention = A

Prof. Tessitore was so interesting! Due to his background in being a lawyer, he was able to give the class real-life examples and case studies for the material, instead of endlessly lecturing. I didn't use the book, because exams are from the notes/lectures. Three exams, that's it. Would definitely recommend.

Professor Tessitore is by far one of the best teachers iv had at UCF! His lectures are thought provoking and engaging with students. The stories he tells from practicing law are funny and help you better understand the material. No need for the txtbook, just take good notes. Dr. Tessitore is without a doubt one of the best professors in the Legal Studies program. His entertaining personality coupled with his life experiences promote a higher learning experience. What I learned in his class I am now using in law school. I would recommend him without reservation. Also, he should teach "Torts"! ;)

Whoever wrote negative comments about him must be unwilling to do work for their grade. He saves you money by not using the book. If you just listen and take good notes you will have no problem passing. Your grade will reflect the effort you put in the class.

First of all, I created this account just to rate him. He is by far the best teacher I have had at UCF. Despite long lectures, he actually can keep your interest with fun stories. The first thing he did was explain his negative reviews on this site. He doesn't use powerpoint or textbook but his tests are straight forward from lecture. Easy A!

I work FT/school FT plus kids so the 6 week online course was a little much for me. I didn't have as much time to study as I needed. Only 3 exams are your total grade. If I could have studied more the tests would have been easier. Lectures are pretty long but very fun! I received a 78C but again that's my busy life.

One of the best professors that I have had so far at UCF. He makes the class very interesting with his stories about his experiences as a lawyer, and I learned a lot of useful information in this class. Super engaging, awesome, hilarious prof!! I was working full-time so wasn't able to attend lectures but wish I could have SO BAD because he just makes you want to talk to him. I learned so much and even though the lectures were 3 hrs a piece they were not bad at all. Plus no lectures if there is a test out. Def recommend!

Tessitore was great! Great lectures, very engaging. I can't believe there are people on here complaining about no study guides and no extra help. This is college, not grammar school. As for his tests, take good notes, study them and you will get an A. If that's too much for you to do, I guess you expect your grade handed to you.

Lectures are very interesting to listen to. He is never boring, always ties what you need to know to how it relates to you personally. Even my boyfriend liked to watch the recorded lectures with me and he didn't take the class! 3 tests, so don't miss one! Easy grade since tests are directly from lectures.
