Dr. Oberhoff is a good professor. He makes the class easy to understand. 3 exams including final (replaces lowest test grade with final if higher), 6 programming assignments (gives you plenty of time to finish these assignments), and quizzes (drops the lowest quiz grade). If you study and put in the work you should do fine. Good luck.

Dr. Oberhoff is an excellent professor. He will work with you and he makes learning math fun even if you are someone like me who was not good in math. If you are going to take this class and get an A you will have to go to tutorials and put in the work other than that the A is yours.

Great Professor. I was clueless when I walked into his classroom the first day of class. He is patient with students that show a desire to learn. He lets the students use a note card for the test and he goes over exactly what to study for the test. He has a great sense of humor. I would recommend him to other students.

Excellent Professor who wants all his students to do well. He allows you to use a notecard on all test, including the final exam.I am not a great student in Math,but he made it easier with his teaching! Highly recommended!

Dr. Oberhoff was a very straight forward teacher. I hated math in highschool and took him my 1st semester. He was very slow and very clear. 1 section per class and you get to bring a notecard to the test, i would def. recommend him!

the nicest man at uhd...clear/nice/helpful. he looks like colonel sanders from kfc...when i see him walking down the hall i get happy because i like kfc and i like his class even though i am not a math person. somebody give this man a red chili pepper to put next to his name!!!!!

Where do I begin? I loved his class. I'm good at math so half of this stuff I already knew. He's good and very generous with his grades. His tests are good and simple. If you have trouble with math go to someone in his class thats good at it or him. The tutors dont know it. I went when I got stuck on a problem they didnt help. I'd take him again

he really is great teacher. he takes the time to make sure you understand and the class isnt too boring. he does move a little fast but he is always willing to explain further details as long as you ask. he gives good amount of test and the final counts for 50 percent of the grade

I stink at math but he was very helpful when I took him a few semesters ago. Very nice, very helpful. I didn't ace his class but that was my fault and not his. I just really suck at math but he tried and I did pass.
