You are going to work for your grade, but Prof. Flory cares about his students like I have never seen. He is always willing to help, and will bring class to a screeching halt to make sure one person understands the subject. I've seen him do it first hand. Even if you suck at the subject, if you try, Flory will have your back. Wish I had him longer.

He is a great teacher. The major is not an easy major. You need to read the chapters every night unless you have alot of knowledge in Computer Science. Fair amount of course work in the computer lab everyday.

A great Guy! If you want to learn and want to make something of yourself he will help you get it. Other wise go to a school that only wants your money and get half the knowledge in twice the credits. (Have fun with the welfare checks!)

Mr. Flory was one of the best teachers I ever had. He was always there to help me out and was always encouraging myself and other students. Mr. Flory also developed wonderful teaching and study aides. He was fairly new to teaching when I was in his class, it was a new program at Stevens, so he had to develop the materials, he did GREAT.
