Very nice man, grade is based on a midterm, final, plus weekly HW. The hw isn't as hard as other law professors who give soooo much more! Tests are multiple choice and T/F. Attendence is a must or he starts deducting points, as is HW. Tests are graded on an awesome curve!! Lectures are boring at times but overall, great professor

Excellent professor...very helpful, clear and fair. I thoroughly enjoyed his lectures (NO BREAKS!!!! but he lets you out early lol) which were chock full of interesting case studies. Encourages questions and is always willing to aid those who need his assistance. A+ professor.
