Tried to make meeting arrangements with her and she didn't show up. Has a condescending attitude and not very helpful. Even when I tried to be polite with her, all I got in return was hostility. Not one of the better classes I've taken.

An interesting lecturer and can be entertaining but overall unnecessarily intimidating. Can be quite rude and not helpful. Knows her stuff but not great at communicating. Don't recommend taking a class with her.

Leslie is an amazing woman who knows her stuff. If you are willing to put in the effort in her class you'll learn a lot. There are times when she can be intimidating, but that is because her expectations of you are high, she isn't going to baby you through the class. Amazing AMAZING Professor. I learned so much from every class I took with her.

Leslie is an amazing prof who will make sure that you are assisted in any way possible. She can seem intimidating but she is actually hilarious and very friendly! Tries to make her classes text book free since many other materials are needed but if you need a text most likely its inexpensive. Leslie is also knows everything Take her class!!!FUN!

Great. She's not exactly the most approachable prof, but her lectures are enjoyable because she clearly has an interest in the field. I would reccomend her. Just be prepared to do A LOT of projects outside of class. A lot of stuff involves going up high, into the rafters and such, but don't be afraid to speak up if you're afraid of heights.

Leslie has a strong personality and many people clash with her. However, she is brilliant, an amazing source of knowledge and is very helpful. Students must work hard to achieve a "good" grade in her class; different from many other drama profs. She respects those who earn her respect. I reccomend all of her classes.

She is a very unprofessional instructor. When she is stressed out she takes it out on her students. Because of how she has treated various students, I (as well as others) am unable to respect her. She knows her material well, but her rude and judgemental attitude overshadow any talent that she does have.

This class is great. I was never really interested in costumes until taking both of the costume history classes offered. The tests are great and not all that difficult if you study, it's an average amount of work needed in this class. Leslie is a great teacher! She explains things until you understand.
