Lisa is an awesome teacher who is passionate about theater. She knows so much about it that she can take the complex process of making a production and make it sound so simple. There are five plays you have to read and be quizzed on, but after that, you basically watch videos on various theatrical themes. The final is fun; no written test here!

Awesome teacher!! I wish all of my teachers were as much fun as she! I have a great time in her class...we don't even meet on most Fridays. Not a lot of homework or much reading. Study for unit quizzes! Participant in the final play! You'll make friends and have fun! Channer's great!

Ok you people are crazy!! This was the worst class I ever took at Auburn and Channer is a total ___ fill in the blank. I was a theater major and seriously struggled through her BS quizzes, and her hard as crap tests. She never admits when shes wrong, and won't give you back points you've earned that she messes up on.

Extremely easy class.. Lisa is an awesome teacher and is really passionate about theater. There is a lot of reading required but it is interesting, so don't worry. Final is fun and she gives tons of bonus points! Easy A.

I hated this class but loved the final. I'm not into metaphors and symbols and crap. Gives a good bit to read, not that I read any of it. I made A's and B's on all the quizzes without reading. The final project is a lot of work, but I made some awesome friends and was it was fun.

Lisa tried to intimidate her students but when it comes down to it, she is cool as hell. One of the few professors that is a "real person". You have to read the assignments to do well on the test. She gives extra credit and makes them worth a lot of points. I'd take her again in a heart beat.

This class was really easy! take her for intro to theatre, i did less work in this class than my roomate did for her music appreciation class! Oh and the final is awesome! just make up your own play and have fun with it, plus she gives extra credit! no go sign up for her class! :)

The class is not difficult, as long as you take the notes and read the plays, you'll do good on the quizzes. You drop a whole letter grade if you dont see assigned plays. She gives extra credit. The final project is fun, but if you're scared to act on the stage u can be a designer for your group.

very awesome lady! very willing and quick to help. doesnt ask for too much. overall easy class! you're required to see three plays and read a couple, but they're not long and pretty interesting lectures~ shes on maternity leave right now, but i would definately recommend her!

Not a bad class. I got and A. As long as you READ all of the plays and take good notes you'll pass the quizzes. Also go to the productions assigned b/c you will get a quiz. Final project are a lot of work, but if you look like your trying you'll do fine.
