If you can avoid taking the class with this professor, do it. She's also very jittery and nervy, so it makes learning with her difficult. We don't stay on task when she's "lecturing" either. She says you get to pick your own groups, but you don't. We basically teach ourselves with various pop quizzes on material that doesn't matter.

At first she comes off as snobby and really stand off-ish but just be really polite and nice to her and she'll open up. If you're taking public speaking with her DO NOT slack on your outlines. She's very understanding and helpful with delivering speeches. Quizzes are easy.

Have had her twice for an online course. She's really helpful and sweet. You do group papers that are due every few weeks. She takes into consideration how hard each group member works. Very fair grader. Usually watch movies for essays. I was in her Rhetoric of Disney and Rhetoric of War Veterans Classes.

She is a great teacher..and for the student who said she is lazy and lets you out early--she has or did have cancer and sometime would have to leave because she was ill. And for the burberry scarf--what does that have to do with her teaching abilities?? shes helpful and easy -what else could you ask for in an introduction course to communications

Easy grader has weird teaching techniques but not hard at all i had her for com 100 too and she likes what she teaches so she's nice and grades easy. In a classroom setting she's strict on attendance and on character but if your polite or just sit there your fine

her class is an easy cure for insomnia. so boring and thinks were 5 years old. she would be a great kindergarten teacher and favors the girls like you wouldnt believe. snobbish and selfish in ways, will teach the entire class wearing a bourbary scarf in september. lazy, and does let class out early bc she doesnt feel like teaching sometimes.

you either love her or hate her. I loved her and thought her class was pretty easy. She doesn't give you too much work at all! Compared to other professors, her papers were much shorter and easier. If she's in a bad mood lazy mood, or if it's bad weather, she ends class very early. Picks favorites so get on her good side and you'll be fine

She is a funny woman, very nice and easy to approach. The class seemed randomly put together, but it was definitely an easy A. She gave 2 open book exams that we took online, and we had one big group project that we worked on all semester.
