STAY AWAY unless you have tons of free time! He gives a ridiculous amount of work for a core class. Discussion posts are due every week (sometimes two) in which you have to be extremely detailed to receive a good grade. In addition, you have to comment on EVERY single person's post, and then respond to their comments on your post.

Comment:

For an online core class, I do way too much work. The discussions are very long, we have to respond to everyone else's discussions, and respond to their comments on our posts. Not only do we have to do this, but we have regular assignments due, and there are 2 times where we need to go out on trips ourselves. Overall, just too much work is given.

I have never met a professor like this guy, he has to be my favorite. My class wasnt the hardest class and if you truly were confused he was so helpful and caring. Follow the instructions and go to class A. The man knows his facts hes like a walking encyclopedia, teaches you so many crazy things and always somehow makes it relate to art.

VERY hands on online class. This arguably requires more work than an in person class. You need to be on top of everything constantly (posting a discussion, commenting on everyone else's discussions, responding to comments on your discussion post, etc.) and there are several papers and projects. It is not a hard course, it is just time consuming.

If you are a good writer, genuinely care about your work and would actually like to put in a decent amount of time in for your A, I suggest you take this class. Discussions were usually 1-2 times a week, about 4-5 written assignments. (I suggest 4+ pages) You visit the MoMA, and go to a jazz concert. Overall, the course was not difficult.

Assignments every week that include a discussion post, comments and responses. 4-5 "essays" which have no minimum length so aren't that hard. No group work but nothing but busy work, it will drive you crazy but if you need an easy class this is it. All links provided so no textbooks needed.

Omg this teacher is ridiculous. His grading is way to strict. He has an assignment die every day of Monday through Friday! On top of it all he wants you to have an online discussion that keeps you having to constantly be checking blackboard to respond to other people's comments. Stay away from this guy for online!

This man is the DEFINITION of boring. All he shows are boring documentaries and speeches and then wants to talk about it. He asks random questions like What is art? He's corny & his class is hell. Without my laptop, I couldnt survive this class. DONT TAKE HIM!

I took DiGena for creative process online and he is horrible. He insists on proper grammar and spelling yet his grammar is dreadful. He CONSTANTLY has something due - you don't get a minute to breath. He's completely useless in terms of giving help and it was a very bad idea to take him. Nonstop stress...STAY AWAY.

This guy is a great teacher i took him for creative process and it was an easy A..idk why all these people are hating on him his jokes are actually funny sometimes and he curses and is totally laid back..u can rewrite papers until the last class and honestly you could lie about every one and still get an A without going anywhere (i did)

How in the world does this Prof. Have bad reviews? The bad reviews have to be from kids that just literally never came to class and expected to get a good grade. He is a laid back cool Prof. who I enjoyed having. The class is interesting some of the topics are things that stoners probably thinkabout. Basically if you do what is asked you get an A.

He's bad. Don't take him! Yes granted, he doesn't take a attendance however, most the time it's a waste to go to class because he just shows you boring videos all the time. I had him for creativity and the arts. HE is a really nice guy. But he is also kind of a know it all. HE ask you to speak and then he just tells you why you are wrong. Te class is fairly boring and I wouldn't recommend it unless you love art to death!

It is a kind of interesting class if you have an interest in Art. He got me to go to great museums that I never went to before. he's not a mean guy so don't make him out to be. He tries to throw in his "white guy" jokes to make it funny so he gets an A for effort but if you're going to walk in not caring about anything then dont bother.

By far the most boring class I ever took. I barely showed up for class and did all the papers he required (7-9). Gives you unlimited time to hand in all the work. Shows the most boring videos during class, however, attendance is not mandatory but make sure to hand in all work. I got an A! You'll get an A if you do the papers!

This is the most boring class i have ever had to sit through. He wants you to speak and give input during class but when you do he goes off on a a tangent on why you are wrong and he is right. HE WAS JUST PLAIN ANNOYING!!the class itself was easy (an easy B) but if you want to keep your sanity and you get bored easily DROP HIM!!
