One of the worst teacher ever. He has no contact info and told us not to ask for help during his office hours only ask during class time. He doesn't give out extra credits. Too much hw. Writings on the board are hard to read. Don't take him.

OK, if you plan on having a career in economics then Brusin isn't for you, but if you're like me and have no interest whatsoever in econ then take him!! He knows his stuff, but can be hard to follow, as he does tend to wonder during his lectures. He's a funny guy and I got a B!

If you want to major in econ, then you should probably take someone else. HOWEVER - if you want easy credits, this is the best teacher to take. Attendance isn't mandatory - quizzes + HW = B, do the test, get an A. And, you actually DO learn a lot - mostly history-related, for whatever reason, but it's really not a bad class.

He talks about randoms like duct tape, never about econ. BUT, if you do all the HW he gives you an automatic "C" - even if you do it wrong - he doesn't check it. Take him if you are just looking to pass. If you're looking to learn because you'll need it for where ever you transfer... DONT TAKE HIM. If you need it JUST to transfer... TAKE HIM.

Took MicroEcon with him. Do the homework you get an automatic C. Do the homework and quizes and you get a B. Do the final and everything else is an A. He doesn't check homework problems or quizes but checks to see if you did it. He rambles alot in class and tells stories.

Easiest class, EVER. The people complaining about his class being hard and the lectures having nothing to do with the quizzes are being whiners. All you need to do is show up to class once a week to pick up/turn in your quiz, turn in your homework by the due date, and BS your final essay. Guaranteed B, I got an A. Too easy. And he's funny, too.

Wow!Take Mr.Brusin's teaching methods with a grain of salt. Extremely knowledgable in not only economics, but in history as well. Great stories! Tells it like it is, so if your easily offended, better not take him. But I definitely recommend him if your looking for a change of pace from conventionality.
