Amazing teacher. I can't say enough on how much she has helped me throughout my time at Northern. She has taken me to new levels in my piano playing, but also has serve as a mentor. Great, great teacher.

Undoubtedly one of the finest teachers I have ever had. Only people who are serious about music deserve to study with her. As long as you're not too lazy to do your practice, (at the very least 4 hours a day) then there is no reason to complain. Piano helps me in all of my musical endeavors, thanks to Dr. Faflak. We're not in high school anymore!

This lady knows her stuff. She is a great teacher, but she is very strict. She expects you to practice and practice hard. As a person, she is great, very real and always willing to help. She even asks students to come in after their lesson if they want. She isn't getting paid. She really cares about the well being of her students.
