This class is easy if you attend class. The only downside to the class is a teacher is a person who will fight you on everything. It is very hard to ask questions so make sure you read the textbook when he tells you. He is a very frustrating man but the material is easy. Also, homework is optional. He assigns it but does not check or collect.

Professor Kinsella is difficult but fair. He really takes an interest in each of his students and does a good job of teaching Stats for every day living. I highly recommend taking his course.

Kinsella was not an easy, but he will work with you. I gave alot of effort into this class. the homework and extra credit helps out alot. 2 tests, a final and a stats paper. He tells you exactly whats going to be on the tests and lets you bring a notes sheet. my advice is to really learn how to use the calculator and be good with the theory.

I had Professor Kinsella for STAT 215. He is caring and does not want his students to fail. He does not know how to describe/teach STATs to the average person who doesn't have a background understanding of it. His lectures are very confusing, and he constantly contradicts himself. But he will make sure you pass if you put in effort and talk to him

Math is my weak point however if you attended class and did homework this class was not too bad. Alot of time was spent teaching myself because he is hard to follow. However, his tests were easy and always tells you exactly what to expect on them.

I like his class, but it is hard and the clarity s not the best. He expects you to teach yourself, and he is kind of a "yay or nay" kind of professor. I am passing with a C, and I am okay with that. It is a very tough class, but you'll learn a thing or two. Not my fav professor, but not my worst.

Professor Kinsella is difficult but he makes you think by going over selective problems outside the problems he assigns. Gives a lot of extra credit problems. One computer assignment , two semester test and a final. Good teacher!

Its like he has never heard of statistics, picked up the textbook & wings it. IDK how many times Ive seen the students teaching him how to do a simple standard deviation. Probably the funniest thing about this class is how aggressively he yells at the students about how they 'should already know this!' while simultaneously getting the problem wrong

Dr. Kinsella tries very hard to help his students understand statistics and the tools used in analyzing different problems. He is patient and will meet with you after class if need be. Very important to show up for every class. Over all a very good instructor.
