Worst Spanish teacher @ PSCC. Be prepared to learn everything by yourself. She doesn't even teach the class, just hands out a bunch of busy work & puts the answers on the podium for u 2 check. Had 2 speak spanish maybe 3 times the whole semester. If u actually want 2 learn Spanish DO NOT take this teacher. Would have been better off teaching myself

Good teacher, very easy, but hard to understand. Basically, if you put some effort into this class, you'll get something out of it. However, you can also just fly by in this class by simply sitting in and taking the tests/quizzes, for which she gives the answers. So- as long as you can just sit tight for the hour or so, you'll pass.

She's a fun teacher. She has a sense of humor, but is a tad lazy. We did a ton of busy work, but it helped. She gave you every answer to the worksheets too. We used the book a lot and her quizzes were very easy. Her tests were book tests so they were more challenging than her made up quizzes. I made a B.

She is one of the worst teachers I have ever had. She will lecture for 5 mins then pass out 5 busy worksheets to take up remaining class period. I did great in spanish in H.S and enjoyed the subject, but she has ruined spanish for me. Everyone in the class hates her. AS for the previous reviews.. you people are retarted. SHE IS A LAZY TEACHER WHO

To the previous response, I extremely benefited from Mrs. Fernandez' accent. I really appreciate her native tongue as it really helped me to properly learn the language. She is a fun person which makes for a fun class. The review she gives you for the test- is the test. Learn it! She is not intimidating at all, as some teachers can be. Enjoy!

A good teacher, but because of her accent she is hard to understand. I learned a lot, but I would always come out of her class tired because of the strain of trying to listen and comprehend her english.
