This class is really hard but professor Bellas makes it possible for you to pass. 4 exams and the lowest is dropped, group work and many activities. The videos we had to watch were interesting. This is is possible to get an A or B as long as your read and do all your work you will be fine.

Dr. Bellas became one of my favorite professors. She really explains her lectures with great details. Her class isn't all that easy, you really have to read and take great notes. She offers a lot of extra credit so that you can end up with a satisfying grade. Thanks Dr. B

Professor Bellas loves her profession, and it shows!Great style of teaching! Gives written assignments, quizzes (No pop ups, she lets it be known ahead) lecture (take notes) test aren't on anythin we don't go over. No group stuff. Enthusiastic, easy-going,let's you make up test if you can't make it on that date. Class requires 2 books .

One of the best Professors ever! She is hilarious, and on top of things. Grades your work fast, and curves exams. She is amazing, and truly dedicated to her field. You will not regret it.

I took the 6 wk online. More lenient than syllabus states. Rating low due to unfortunate group project. Horrible for serious students. Take the group lightly or take full control of it. No recorded lectures for online class, which is a BIG minus. Tests hard but curved & on lecture notes rather than book. Don't do 6 wks, no time. Book free online.

Dr. Bellas is funny and nice. Be ready to take very good notes. No PowerPoints. just need to be in class and take good notes or read. Quizzes may cover reading that is assigned by may not yet be covered in lecture but you are responsible for knowing it. For exams, lectures are caught up. Lots of extra credit available. Lots of easy papers to write.

She's the best professor I've had and I would definitely take her class again! My car was broken into within the last few weeks of school and my textbook got stolen and when I told her, she didn't't have another textbook to let me borrow but she took the time out of her day to make me copies of the last few chapters of the book for me. Super nice!

I loved Dr. Bellas class, she is hilarious and her lectures even better. She was always available and very helpful. She is caring of everyones grade and curves EXAMS you guys.. as well as offer extra credit for exams, there is no way you cannot pass.

Great online course. Highly recommend this professor and course. The assignments are straight forward. Drops lowest test scores. Offers E/C. You learn a lot from the reading and easily applicable to the tests. Small group projects are a walk in the park.

Comment:

Very easy class to pass as long as you do the work. Assigns all to a group so the workload is super easy as long as EVERYONE does their part. She responds to email almost immediately & is very approachable. She sounds tougher than she is. She wants you to succeed so she will work with you if you speak up. Definitely recommend taking this class!

SHE IS AMAZING. She knows her stuff. Her lectures are interesting and all her stories really help you make sense of the subject. The tests are super easy and her article summary essays are even easier. She has a really cool tattoo and dresses like a biker. I would 100% recommend her to anyone. The coolest teacher you will have!

Honestly, one of the coolest professors I've taken. She offers extra credit before each exam and has a very specific and clear syllabus which she likes to follow. Her lectures are amazing, she shares a lot about her own life/experiences. You can easily pass this class as long as you make sure to takes notes during lectures and overall, study.

Good Professor. Book not needed. If you do want the pdf it is online for free. Curves grade. No homework. Just go off the study guide and you will be fine. Also study vocab. Lectures are not boring. Hot for her age. Exams consist of 50 questions, vocab match, and small written portion. It is a lot for an exam but content is easy to remember.

If your going to take physical or cultural anthropology she is the professor to take it with. Her lectures and exams are easy to understand and pass. Highly recommended. Lectures are NEVER boring!

Professor Bellas is on point. There isnt much fluff with this class; pretty straight to the point. She follows her syllabus to a T and gives clear expectations of what she expects from her students. (I did not buy the book and have been getting A's on everything by taking notes from her PPs and doing the extra learning links). Well worth my time
